Food Items to be avoided:
1. Tea & Coffee
2. Chocolates
3. Potato Chips
4. Raisins
5. Alcohol
6. Artificial Sweeteners
7. Vegetables like Onion, Garlic & Olives.
8. Fruits like Papaya & Banana.
9. Fast food like Pizza, Burger & French Fries.
Food Items that reduce frequency of Migraine:
1. Water Melon
2. Fish oil
3. Sesame seeds
4. Spinach
* Never skip your meal because it lowers sugar level in the body which releases stress hormone that further aggravates Migraine pain.
*Sleeping less or excessive sleep both aggravates Migraine. So make it a habit to sleep and wake up at a fix time.
